Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM

We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order

Please note that during peak periods (I.E in the run up to festive seasons) dispatch may be delayed, however your order will be dispatched within 5 working days

We only use Royal Mail with optional 1st or 2nd class postage and can take between 1-3 days.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

Some factors beyond our control could delay deliveries and make the above information inaccurate. For example, adverse weather, delivery company strikes, public holidays etc. Any such factor beyond our control will exempt us from liability and no refund on delivery will be given in such instances.
